Teams at Ricoh USA, Inc.

Greets visitors, manages badges and meeting rooms, answers and transfers nationwide calls, and performs switchboard and reception duties. Maintains phone lists, calendars, messaging systems, promotional inventory, and administrative materials. Provides light PC support, assists teams with administrative tasks, participates in company events, and delivers professional customer service while handling occasional physical tasks in an office environment.

Drive growth within new and existing accounts through consultative selling, relationship-building with decision-makers, and aligning Ricoh solutions to customer business needs. Research customer environments, develop and deliver presentations, articulate financial impact, and manage multiple accounts while expanding services across the enterprise. Approximately 20% travel required.

Provides post-sales remote technical support for Ricoh software and IT solutions. Handles escalated incidents, troubleshoots application, connectivity, hardware, and software issues, replicates failures in controlled lab environments, documents resolutions, coordinates with vendors and engineering, and maintains knowledge bases. The role also supports installations, customer service recommendations, technical training, certifications, and system administration.
