Research customer environments, develop and deliver presentations, articulate financial impact, and manage multiple accounts while expanding services across the enterprise. Approximately 20% travel required.

Sell Ricoh hardware, software, and services into assigned enterprise accounts in Portland/Seattle. Develop territory strategies, win new business, grow existing accounts, deliver proposals and demos, meet gross profit targets, maintain CRM records, and manage order-to-implementation processes.

Manage daily operations of a small-to-medium site and supervise a small team. Oversee contracted services (print, mail, courier), meet SLAs, drive productivity and quality, manage staffing and development, handle customer relationships and reporting, and implement Ricoh service tools to improve operations.
