Manage and secure hybrid on‑prem and cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS). Administer identity, compute, storage, virtualization, monitoring, backups/DR, and security. Support cloud migrations, AI/ML infrastructure, Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, documentation, and process improvement.
