The Specialist, Accounts Receivable Operations is responsible for managing invoicing, collections, and cross-functional operations for client accounts, focusing on efficiency and cash flow management.

Source, screen, and engage candidates across multiple roles; review resumes and certifications; build pipelines for client demand; support Workforce team requests; communicate with candidates by phone/text and provide market insights to clients.

Lead enterprise sales and sector development for utilities, power distribution, infrastructure, and data centers. Build and maintain C-suite relationships, own parts of the sales cycle, drive RFP/RFI efforts, identify market opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and operations. Mentor team members, influence product and go-to-market strategies, and scale repeatable processes for these verticals.
