Responsibilities include concept development, copywriting, graphic design, short-form video scripting and editing, content repurposing, event storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, performance analysis, and use of AI tools. The role translates complex technology topics into accessible digital stories across social platforms and campaigns.

Leads sales and revenue operations through strategic planning, forecasting, analytics, process optimization, CRM governance, customer retention support, and cross-functional program leadership. Develops executive dashboards, improves data quality, manages business requirements, and drives operational efficiency across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Technology. Presents recommendations to senior leadership and supports recurring-revenue growth initiatives.

Leads global sales enablement strategy and execution, including field programs, sales technology, team development, and cross-functional initiatives. Partners with sales leadership to improve seller productivity, time-to-productivity, execution, and performance. Establishes operating rhythms, measurement, and accountability while using performance data and field insights to scale enablement impact. The role manages a distributed enablement team and drives adoption of global programs, messaging, learning, tools, and technologies.
