The Director, Technical Training will design and lead technical training programs for data center operations, develop certification pathways, manage an LMS, conduct needs assessments, and build a training team.

Serve as SME for industrial-scale liquid cooling: lead design-to-deployment, commissioning, optimization, and lifecycle management of direct-to-chip, cold-plate, and immersion systems. Validate heat balance and fluid chemistry, manage valves/pumps/VFDs and P&ID-based hydraulics, define control logic and alarms with PLC/BMS teams, perform hydro-testing and flow balancing, lead RCA, and develop SOPs, MOPs, and training. Frequent site travel to support troubleshooting and operations.

Serve as Riot's primary electrical technical authority for hyperscale data centers: own electrical design standards and Basis of Design, review and approve designs and studies (arc flash, short circuit, coordination), define requirements for UPS/generators/switchgear, manage consultants and vendors, support commissioning and constructability, drive risk mitigation and continuous improvement, and provide executive summaries of technical decisions.
