Drive roadmap, manage stakeholder relationships with game teams, prioritize backlog, define SLAs, and collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to deliver scalable social platform features (voice/text chat, presence, shared interfaces).

Lead a team of 5+ engineers building scalable game-platform services (game provisioning, data delivery, leaderboards). Manage hiring, onboarding, performance, and career growth. Own technical roadmap, design reviews, code reviews, and live service operations including on-call troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration to ensure reliability and scalability.

Lead multiple engineering teams for VALORANT, overseeing service development, performance management, and cross-team collaboration, while driving technical direction and operational excellence.
