Lead technical pre-sales for retail and brand clients: run discovery, deliver demos and POCs, build ROI-driven business cases, engage executive stakeholders, respond to RFPs, and transition deals to services teams.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a key commerce product area. Use AI tools to synthesize research, prototype concepts, drive end-to-end product development, own prioritization and releases, align cross-functional teams, and champion client needs to ensure high-quality, data-driven outcomes for enterprise eCommerce customers.

Administer and optimize Salesforce, Gainsight, and Pendo for Brands and Retailers services. Maintain integrations and data consistency, configure AI capabilities, troubleshoot platform and data issues, build scalable automations, and support Services teams to improve adoption and operational efficiency.
