Provides technical account management for enterprise and strategic clients using Rithum’s commerce platform. Responsibilities include channel implementations, platform optimization, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, technical project coordination, stakeholder communication, feature adoption, CRM case management, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also uses AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, documentation, automation, and productivity. Travel is required up to 10%.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a key enterprise commerce product area. Lead discovery, prioritization, prototyping, documentation, product development, testing, launch, and adoption while using AI to accelerate research, analysis, decision-making, and workflows. Collaborate with engineering, design, clients, vendors, and executive stakeholders to align priorities, manage releases, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality eCommerce platform capabilities.

Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts through consultative, value-based selling. Develop account plans, build executive relationships, identify expansion opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, negotiate high-value software and services agreements, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and lead cross-functional deal teams. The role requires consistently exceeding quotas, using CRM and sales engagement tools, applying structured sales methodologies, leveraging AI and data, and traveling up to 25%.
