Teams at Rithum

Serve as the technical counterpart to Client Success Managers, guiding enterprise clients through onboarding, platform integration, and channel implementations. Own technical issue resolution, optimization recommendations, roadmap feedback, and execution of tactics like repricing and promotional planning. Maintain platform and data-flow expertise, manage technical projects, and bridge client and internal engineering/product teams to drive adoption and long-term value.

Manage e-commerce advertising strategies for enterprise clients, focusing on campaign execution and optimization across digital platforms, utilizing data analysis and cross-team collaboration.

The Key Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new key clients and expanding Rithum's presence in e-commerce by managing the sales cycle and building client relationships.
