Build and maintain AI agents, workflow automations, and integrations supporting sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations. Enhance K-12 account intelligence, automate CRM and revenue processes, deploy AI assistants, maintain trusted data flows, measure business impact, enable nontechnical users, and ensure compliance with FERPA, COPPA, and student-privacy requirements. The role requires hands-on HubSpot or Salesforce expertise, LLM and workflow automation experience, scripting, SQL, API integration, and GTM systems knowledge.

Lead the end-to-end UX and UI design of Riverside’s Reach assessment platform, a 0-to-1 product serving students, educators, and administrators. Responsibilities include user research, information architecture, workflows, prototypes, dashboards, design systems, accessible responsive interfaces, reports, developer handoff, and post-launch product evolution. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Psychometrics, and Content teams.

Own and build the sales enablement function, including codifying sales motions, designing rep training, measuring training efficacy and field adherence, and linking enablement performance to revenue outcomes. Partner with sales leadership and Product, deliver data-driven recommendations, and lead a small enablement team through hiring, coaching, and performance scorecards. The role is remote with occasional travel for team meetings or conferences.
