Develops and executes multi-channel lifecycle marketing journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail. Lead end-to-end product design for customer-facing web and mobile experiences, including research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, validation, and implementation. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Brand, Content, and SEO to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Use AI-enabled design workflows, analytics, experimentation, and design systems while mentoring designers and elevating visual and interaction quality.

Leads content design and strategy for customer-facing storefront and growth experiences. Develops messaging, product positioning, voice and tone, launch narratives, reusable content frameworks, and AI-enabled workflows. Partners with Product, Design, Marketing, SEO, and Brand to improve conversion, accessibility, trust, and brand consistency. Uses research, analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to optimize content, while mentoring content designers and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Lead application security strategy and shift-left initiatives. Perform threat modeling and secure code reviews, integrate AppSec into CI/CD, build automated security guardrails, advise on authentication/authorization and cloud container security, mentor engineers and scale AppSec practices across the organization while aligning security with compliance requirements.
