Develops and executes multi-channel lifecycle marketing journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail. Builds customer segments in Iterable, partners with product and brand teams, creates campaign templates, monitors engagement and opt-out metrics, and develops testing roadmaps to optimize conversion and customer experiences. The role requires strategic CRM expertise, hands-on marketing automation execution, adaptability, and collaboration across product areas.

Lead end-to-end product design for customer-facing web and mobile experiences, including research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, validation, and implementation. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Brand, Content, and SEO to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Use AI-enabled design workflows, analytics, experimentation, and design systems while mentoring designers and elevating visual and interaction quality.

Leads content design and strategy for customer-facing storefront and growth experiences. Develops messaging, product positioning, voice and tone, launch narratives, reusable content frameworks, and AI-enabled workflows. Partners with Product, Design, Marketing, SEO, and Brand to improve conversion, accessibility, trust, and brand consistency. Uses research, analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to optimize content, while mentoring content designers and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
