Leads a Sales Ops team to improve forecasting accuracy, data hygiene, automation, and quota-to-cash processes to enable predictable revenue and scalable marketplace growth.

Guide veterinary professionals through Relief-to-Hire placements, coordinate with hospitals and internal teams, maintain candidate records in HubSpot, support billing and reporting, follow SOPs, and identify process improvements to drive timely hires and strong candidate/hospital experiences.

Own and ship product features for a labor marketplace using AI-assisted prototyping. Define roadmaps, write decision-ready PRDs, run analyses and experiments, conduct research, and collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes for veterinary professionals and hospital partners.

Lead and scale Roo's revenue organization across both sides of the veterinary marketplace. Drive GTM strategy, territory design, forecasting, hiring, enablement, CRM/tooling, automation, and cross-functional alignment to hit growth and unit-economics goals while building a high-performance sales leadership bench and repeatable playbooks.

Lead growth analytics for a marketplace: partner across product, marketing, sales, and finance to identify opportunities, size impact, run experiments, maintain dashboards, and translate findings into action to move North Star metrics and OKRs.

Own and evolve Roo's frontend platform: design system, shared UI architecture, developer tooling, and AI-assisted workflows. Lead migrations, React/React Native modernization, Expo adoption, and developer experience improvements. Partner with Product and Design to make components effortless to consume by engineers, designers, and AI agents, and remove platform friction to increase engineering velocity.
