Build and launch customer-facing backend and frontend features for Rover’s recommendations and marketplace platform. Work with senior engineers to break down requirements, improve Elasticsearch search, support data science and machine learning initiatives, and enhance personalization. Lead and scale global employee experience and culture functions, including HR Business Partnership, Employee Relations, Inclusion, L&D, workplace experience, and enterprise people programs. Advise executives on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and complex employee relations while leveraging data, technology, and AI tools to improve engagement and performance.

Build and maintain pet-parent and provider-facing pricing features. Own projects end-to-end, write well-tested code, instrument services for observability, diagnose production issues, and collaborate with product, design, and data science.

Support month-end and year-end close, maintain general ledger and reconciliations, prepare and review GAAP financial statements, manage audits and internal controls, lead technical and equity accounting, support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration, drive process improvements and mentor accounting staff.

The Senior Director of Lifecycle Strategy will lead lifecycle communication investments, drive strategic growth outcomes, and oversee a high-performing team to enhance customer experiences at Rover.

The Corporate Tax Manager will manage income tax provision, compliance, audits, and planning, collaborate with external advisors, and support M&A activity.

Prepare Rover's worldwide income tax provision under ASC 740, perform month-end tax entries, coordinate corporate and partnership tax returns, maintain tax due date calendar and estimated payments, manage tax notices and audits, maintain provision workflow in CorpTax Provision, prepare other filings, monitor tax legislation, and support special tax projects.
