Leads Enterprise Security services, setting and enforcing security standards across identity, endpoints, business applications, cloud infrastructure, networking, IoT, and automation. Partners with IT, SOC, vulnerability management, governance, and threat operations teams to secure applications, monitor environments, manage EDR policies, remediate vulnerabilities, assess risks, and maintain compliance. Also drives AI security initiatives and uses AI tools to improve enterprise security capabilities and team efficiency.

Own Rubrik’s customer story and CXO Visionaries programs from recruitment and discovery through content production, events, awards, and executive engagement. Develop technically grounded customer narratives, manage editorial workflows and external vendors, track story impact, and partner with sales, PR, product, engineering, alliances, and events teams. Build scalable processes and quality standards while translating cybersecurity and data resilience outcomes into compelling proof points for senior business and technology audiences.

Lead and scale strategic global systems integrator partnerships, driving co-selling, pipeline generation, revenue growth, executive alignment, QBRs, enablement, embedded solution adoption, forecasting, and complex deal execution across regions. Serve as the primary global business development liaison between Rubrik’s sales organization and GSI partner ecosystem, while developing new-logo opportunities and expanding customer outcomes.

Serve as the senior technical authority for global public cloud architecture across strategic customer engagements. Define reference architectures, standards, guardrails, and cloud service offerings; lead complex multi-region and multi-cloud designs; advise executive stakeholders; partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success; build reusable automation and technical IP; mentor architects; establish competency standards; and influence product roadmaps and delivery methodology.

Lead Rubrik’s global Professional Services Partner Enablement program, establishing governance, compliance, onboarding, performance monitoring, and lifecycle processes. Collaborate with global practice leaders, education teams, services leadership, and engineering to align enablement objectives. Develop specialized tracks for GSI, MSP, and SI partners, strengthen partner relationships, and scale the ecosystem through strategic program management and cross-functional execution.

Leads pre-sales professional services engagements, including scoping, proposals, quotes, statements of work, business cases, forecasting, and bookings. Partners with account executives, sales engineers, delivery teams, support, and resilience stakeholders to position services, conduct customer workshops, align scope with post-sale outcomes, and support larger deal closures. Requires expertise in change management, transformation, data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security. Travel is required up to 10%.

Lead complex, concurrent enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through sign-off, managing scope, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, quality, and stakeholder alignment. Serve as the customer escalation point while partnering with internal teams and third parties. Help develop PMO governance, methodologies, KPIs, resource planning, and process improvements. Mentor project managers and share delivery best practices across the Professional Services organization.

Build and lead Rubrik’s global professional services resource management and capacity planning function. Standardize workflows across NAM, EMEA, and APAC; improve data integrity, reporting, automation, and PSA system adoption; forecast capacity and demand; manage subcontractor partnerships; and provide executives with utilization and talent distribution insights. Partner with delivery, finance, HR, and regional leaders to drive consistent global execution and operational efficiency.

Leads the lifecycle development and global launch of standardized Professional Services offerings. Partners with Product Management, Engineering, practice leaders, sales, and delivery teams to align services with product roadmaps, create deployment frameworks and delivery methodologies, standardize SOWs, and optimize the services portfolio based on customer outcomes, field feedback, utilization, and market trends.

Leads a Customer Resilience team supporting enterprise accounts throughout onboarding, adoption, growth, renewal, and escalations. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, account strategy, customer health oversight, renewal and adoption targets, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, executive escalation management, and reporting portfolio metrics to senior leadership.
