Teams at Rubrik

Serve as the technical bridge between Engineering, Product Management, and field teams. Translate cloud requirements into product requirements, validate enterprise architectures and workflows, and conduct hands-on feature and integration testing. Enable post-sale implementations through documentation, solution briefs, demos, and technical guides. Advise customers and partners on cloud architecture and integrations while supporting sales engineering and professional services teams.

Provide technical direction and pre-sales support to regional account teams: drive pipeline, lead demos and POCs, architect Rubrik data resilience and observability solutions, qualify opportunities, and act as trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams.

Lead regional sales enablement for North America: design and scale onboarding and value-selling programs, perform gap analyses, partner with regional leadership, drive methodology adoption (MEDDICC/Command of the Message), measure enablement impact via Salesforce and Clari, and own KPIs like quota attainment and win rates.
