Own end-to-end development of AI-native healthcare solutions, from exploratory data analysis and model strategy through production deployment and monitoring. Fine-tune multimodal generative models, orchestrate AI agents, define rigorous evaluations, build scalable backend systems, and monitor data drift and model performance. The role requires strong software architecture, cloud infrastructure knowledge, observability, testing, autonomous execution, and technical mentorship in a high-stakes healthcare environment.

Owns product enablement strategy across RXNT’s clinical and practice management solutions. Develops scalable LMS, training, documentation, Help Center, and feature-launch programs for Sales, Customer Service, Onboarding, and customers. Serves as the product knowledge expert, identifies content gaps, improves workflows, evaluates automation and enablement technologies, and partners with Marketing and Product to drive adoption and consistent communication.

Designs intuitive, accessible healthcare software experiences by conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, and maintaining design systems. Collaborates with product managers and engineers, advocates for usability and accessibility, iterates based on feedback and data, and supports go-to-market materials with design assets.
