Provides employee relations consultation to managers and employees, conducts fair and timely HR investigations, advises on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, and interprets employment policies and laws. Drive customer onboarding and growth for the Tapped Trailers platform: prospect and set up customers, verify insurance/DOT compliance, resolve transaction and platform issues, monitor inventory and pricing, collect customer feedback, and present results to leadership.

Leads new business pursuits and account expansion for supply chain solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, cross-selling, pricing and deal strategy, proposal leadership, contract negotiation, solution selling, quota attainment, and transitioning new accounts to account management. The role supports automotive, aeronautical, and industrial customers, requires substantial sales experience, and involves 40%–50% travel.
