Teams at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions

Provides employee relations consultation to managers and employees, conducts fair and timely HR investigations, advises on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, and interprets employment policies and laws. Partners with operational management, HR business partners, labor relations, legal teams, and other subject matter experts to resolve complex cases, mitigate compliance risks, and monitor employee relations trends. Administers case management systems and supports performance management, employee communications, and collective bargaining agreement provisions.

Drive customer onboarding and growth for the Tapped Trailers platform: prospect and set up customers, verify insurance/DOT compliance, resolve transaction and platform issues, monitor inventory and pricing, collect customer feedback, and present results to leadership.

Leads new business pursuits and account expansion for supply chain solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, cross-selling, pricing and deal strategy, proposal leadership, contract negotiation, solution selling, quota attainment, and transitioning new accounts to account management. The role supports automotive, aeronautical, and industrial customers, requires substantial sales experience, and involves 40%–50% travel.
