The Behavior Specialist creates a therapeutic environment, supports clients in achieving treatment goals, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, providing direct care and facilitating groups.

Provide short-term, strengths-based behavioral health services to children, youth, and families in a community-clinic partnership. Engage and outreach to underserved populations, co-design culturally appropriate groups, integrate services with clinic teams, support screening deployment, and deliver in-person or telehealth therapy aligned with treatment plans.

The internship at Ryther allows participants to gain valuable experience in care for youth, receive training, and work on specific learning pathways.
