Provides Tier 2 help desk and desktop support in a DoD environment. Troubleshoots Windows workstations, applications, accounts, connectivity, Active Directory, productivity software, and endpoint security tools. Manages ServiceNow incidents and service requests, documents resolutions, monitors SLAs, identifies recurring issues, and escalates complex problems. Supports cybersecurity, configuration management, and IT service management policies while delivering professional customer service.

Support DoD system authorization and security posture by preparing RMF accreditation documentation, evaluating and maintaining security configurations, performing vulnerability scanning with DoD tools (ACAS), applying STIG hardening, and producing RMF packages (SSP, SAR, POA&M) to achieve ATOs.

General application for multiple engineering and IT roles (software development, data engineering/analysis, cybersecurity, network architecture, project management, BI, DBA). Positions may be full-time, part-time, or internship with hybrid/various locations. Applicants must be eligible for a Secret security clearance (US citizenship required). Maintain and consolidate inventory of Navy/Marine Corps unclassified mission-critical IT systems; manage system lifecycles (initiation, migration, retirement); enforce DoD/FISMA compliance; document and optimize system interfaces and databases; assist IT portfolio analysis to align applications with naval warfighting and business strategy.

Provide systems engineering support for AMBIT/SIS programs: requirements analysis, system architecture, integration, modeling/simulation, verification/validation, and sustainment of RF, telemetry, IT, and cybersecurity systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and produce technical documentation to support deployment and operational decision-making.
