Designs, develops, tests, debugs, maintains, and integrates internal applications supporting business workflows, reporting, data accuracy, APIs, and compliance. The role gathers requirements, proposes process and technology improvements, estimates costs and savings, collaborates with IT teams, and supports enterprise-wide deployments. Development work includes Python backend services, JavaScript or TypeScript front ends, SQL databases, third-party API integrations, and unit, functional, and manual testing.

Sources, engages, screens, and hires talent across corporate functions and specialized BIM/design roles. Builds talent pipelines, develops outreach strategies, partners with hiring managers, provides market insights, manages candidates through offers, ensures a positive candidate experience, tracks recruiting metrics, and maintains compliant ATS records.

Provides administrative and coordination support for the Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, supporting sourcing and resume review, maintaining applicant tracking system records, preparing recruiting reports and materials, coordinating candidate travel when needed, and tracking follow-up activities. The role collaborates with recruiters, sourcers, hiring teams, HR, and onboarding partners while using approved AI tools to improve recruiting administration.
