The Senior Tax Analyst manages U.S. indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including sales and use, property, gross receipts, and excise taxes. Responsibilities include preparing filings, researching tax treatment, monitoring nexus and registrations, reconciling Deltek Vantagepoint data, supporting audits, responding to tax notices, maintaining exemption certificates, and improving tax processes. The role collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and external advisors while supporting due diligence and tax initiatives.

Manage client relationships, project delivery, technical quality, schedules, and deliverables while identifying and closing new business. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, resolve client issues, coordinate with technical and field teams, support installation workforce hiring and training, enforce safety and quality standards, and travel to customer and project sites.

Administers and improves the Salesforce platform, including user access, configuration, automation, data quality, reporting, testing, releases, governance, and support. Gathers business requirements, translates operational needs into scalable solutions, troubleshoots issues, trains users, maintains documentation, and monitors adoption. Collaborates with developers and stakeholders on integrations, enhancements, deployments, and third-party applications such as Certinia, MuleSoft, Conga, Egnyte, and Concur.
