Supports strategic growth initiatives for MDU and residential broadband or fiber offerings. Analyzes market, business, and operational data; develops actionable insights, business cases, dashboards, visualizations, and executive presentations. Partners with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations and support planning. Requires telecommunications or MDU industry knowledge, strong consulting and analytics capabilities, advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.

Lead the full product lifecycle for broadband and telecommunications infrastructure initiatives, from strategy and roadmap development through execution and delivery. Drive systems, tools, and process improvements; assess financial viability and business value; translate business needs into product requirements; and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role also requires executive reporting, risk management, prioritization, and communication with senior leadership.

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday HRIS, managing planning, requirements, design, testing, data migration, integrations, deployment, go-live, and stabilization. Coordinate HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, vendors, and implementation partners while managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance, communications, training, and organizational readiness. Drive cross-functional accountability and provide leadership reporting throughout the transformation.
