The Manager, Credit oversees credit and collections, manages teams, ensures policy execution, and fosters customer relationships to support sales growth and minimize credit risk.

The Director, Custom Product & Operations oversees product development, operations, and strategy to drive growth and manage key customer relationships, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain garment fit specifications, create and review patterns and tech packs, conduct fit sessions, provide technical recommendations to ensure consistent fit and construction from design through production, and communicate specifications to cross-functional teams and vendors.

Manage and grow assigned territory by developing relationships with high-potential accounts, delivering presentations, planning and executing account strategies, negotiating and closing complex deals, documenting activity in CRM, and traveling to meet customers.
