Maintains compliance with company policies and property procedures while supporting daily operations at a 200-unit multifamily community.

Oversee the daily operations and performance of a 200-unit multifamily property. Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, rent collection, revenue optimization, resident retention, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, marketing, vendor and contractor oversight, safety compliance, capital project identification, and risk management.
