The Group Vice President, Field Sales drives Saviynt's sales strategy across the Americas, leading regional sales teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring operational excellence.

Lead global accounting operations and financial reporting across 14 international entities. Manage a 15-person finance team, oversee US GAAP and statutory compliance, direct consolidations and close processes, improve accounting workflows using modern technology, and provide accurate reporting to executives, the board, banks, and investors. Establish scalable policies, automate processes, manage accounting functions, and support the company’s rapid growth.

Own Marketing’s reporting and analytics layer by building executive dashboards, defining KPIs, modeling data across GTM systems, and establishing governance and trusted sources of truth. Partner cross-functionally to measure funnel performance, attribution, campaigns, pipeline, and ROI. Help evaluate and develop AI-powered analytics, conversational reporting, automated insights, and intelligent visualization while translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
