Investigates tax notices and discrepancies, performs root-cause analysis, maintains audit-ready documentation, and partners with HR, Finance, Legal, government agencies, vendors, and external advisors to improve payroll processes and reduce compliance risk.

Supports public relations and earned-media campaigns for Sazerac’s global spirits brands. Responsibilities include media outreach, press relationship management, writing and editing pitches and releases, event coordination, media list development, brand-news monitoring, PR reporting, research, and cross-functional campaign execution. The role manages multiple projects, coordinates with agencies and internal teams, supports media visits, and identifies culturally relevant opportunities to generate coverage and strengthen brand reputation.

Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Search. Manage audiences, budgets, bids, placements, creative assets, tracking, testing, trafficking, documentation, and reporting. The role requires hands-on digital media buying experience, campaign optimization and pacing skills, platform expertise, spreadsheet proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
