Supervise and coordinate employees and temporary staff within an assigned sanitation program. Conduct quality, service, safety, OSHA, and sanitation inspections; train employees; monitor PPE use; manage equipment and supply inventories; maintain attendance, training, inspection, and performance records; prepare reports; address personnel and customer issues; and recommend corrective actions. The role may also involve hiring, performance evaluations, discipline, and occasional travel.

Lead custodial tasks for assigned areas: perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, maintain supplies and equipment, assist supervisor with scheduling/training, conduct safety and quality inspections, and provide work direction to custodial staff while reporting incidents and recommending corrective actions.

Nine-week Manager-in-Training program combining virtual learning, on-site operations training, and mentorship to develop leadership, safety, client engagement, and supervisory skills. Graduates relocate to site roles managing teams, training, safety programs, and day-to-day cleaning operations while supporting performance and customer service.
