Lead and coach the TRAC B2B SaaS sales team, owning bookings, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, CRM discipline, seller development, and full-cycle execution. Support strategic opportunities, develop territory and account strategies, collaborate cross-functionally on go-to-market initiatives, recruit sales talent, and represent the company at client meetings and industry events. The role requires cybersecurity and regulated-industry fluency, with travel up to 25%.

Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for TRAC, including prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract closing. Sell cybersecurity risk and compliance software to banking, healthcare, finance, and other regulated organizations. Collaborate with marketing, meet sales targets, attend industry events, and maintain knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements. This is a remote role requiring frequent travel.
