Develop workforce plans, staffing schedules, and resource allocation recommendations for production and logistics operations. Define and monitor logistics KPIs, prepare dashboards and performance reports, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership. Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, HR, Talent Acquisition, Training, and Safety teams to align workforce readiness, labor utilization, and operational priorities.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining iOS applications, driving technical architecture, and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.

Own roadmap and strategy for identity and access management and resource management platform products. Define unified identity models, access controls, provisioning, and auditing across systems and vehicles. Partner with security, engineering, legal, and operations to deliver scalable workflows, integrations, and adoption for internal teams, partners, and fleet use cases.
