Creates, edits, and manages branded content, blog posts, white papers, and organic social media. Coordinates freelance writers, designers, videographers, clients, sales, and internal teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule. Develops editorial guidelines, manages content calendars and production workflows, participates in client meetings, and monitors performance analytics to improve content strategy. The role is hybrid in Seattle and requires strong writing, editing, organization, collaboration, and digital content expertise.

Reports on early childhood and elementary education, covering childcare, education policy, equity, costs, and solutions. Develops daily, enterprise, and watchdog stories; conducts empathetic interviews; files public records requests; analyzes databases; and collaborates with visual journalists. Engages underserved communities, uses digital-first reporting tools, contributes to breaking news coverage, and works occasional weekend and holiday shifts.

Lead Azure-based application development and DevOps initiatives, building internal .NET and Python applications, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and IAM solutions. Evaluate and pilot Azure AI and Copilot integrations, design agent-based workflows, support operational reliability, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
