Deploy onsite with strategic customers to understand security and risk workflows, then build AI-powered integrations, data pipelines, and production software. Translate security ratings into financial risk models, connect systems across cloud environments, rapidly prototype and harden solutions, and guide technical relationships through renewal and expansion. The role bridges customers, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering while feeding field insights into the product roadmap.

Own a portfolio of customer relationships, serving as a cybersecurity and SecurityScorecard platform advisor. Drive customer adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, forecasting, and revenue growth with limited Sales involvement. Build relationships from daily users through executives, lead strategic account planning and QBRs, represent customer feedback internally, and identify new use cases. Travel to strategic accounts approximately 35–40%, including twice-yearly visits for accounts exceeding $100K ARR.

Lead and develop a UX design team while remaining hands-on with end-to-end product design. Own design operations, Agile ceremonies, design-system governance, accessibility, research integration, stakeholder partnerships, and AI-augmented workflows. Establish processes that improve design velocity, quality, team health, and cross-functional delivery. Coach designers through feedback, career development, and measurable performance outcomes.
