The Senior Growth Manager will drive demand generation, building relationships with potential clients, engaging with senior marketing leaders, activating campaigns, managing HubSpot data, and providing market intelligence.

Manage paid media strategies and campaigns across paid search, social, display, and programmatic channels. Consult with clients, analyze cross-channel data, conduct keyword research, oversee campaign execution, identify growth opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations. The role supports ecommerce and lead-generation clients through integrated collaboration with SEO and analytics teams.

Own a portfolio of 10-15 client accounts as the executive SEO voice, build C-suite relationships, drive retention and revenue growth, identify upsell opportunities, set strategic SEO/GEO direction, mentor junior team members, and integrate AI tools to improve client outcomes and team efficiencies.
