Teams at Sekai (Versa Inc)

Own and improve recommendation and search systems across feed, discovery, and search. Build retrieval and ranking (candidate generation, embeddings, two-tower models), run experiments, create user/content/session representations, and ship production ML systems with monitoring to improve retention, engagement, and content distribution.

Build and maintain Sekai's analytics transformation layer: design canonical datasets, define company-wide metrics, implement data quality and freshness checks, support experimentation and cohort/funnel analysis, and partner with product and engineering to improve instrumentation and analytics tooling.

Build and ship end-to-end product features, debug and resolve production issues, partner with Product on UX and direction, use AI heavily for development and prototyping, and iterate quickly across the stack to improve quality and speed.
