Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts as a trusted advisor, driving client loyalty, revenue growth, upselling, supplier negotiations, and profitability. Develop account business plans, interpret contracts and SLAs, analyze travel program performance, identify cost savings, resolve issues, and provide reporting and industry guidance. Coordinate policy development, online adoption strategies, client reviews, training, and travel curriculum while collaborating across internal departments and external stakeholders. Travel is required approximately 30% of the time.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and financial analysis. Administers and configures the Prophix FP&A platform, including models, workflows, security, reports, dashboards, and integrations. Partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business leaders to improve planning systems, validate data, troubleshoot issues, manage testing and governance, document processes, train users, and deliver financial insights and ad hoc analysis.

Performs quality assurance and data testing for cloud data pipelines, integrations, migrations, analytics, and AI agent use cases. Designs and executes functional, integration, regression, backend, and SQL-based tests in Databricks and AWS environments. Documents defects, maintains test cases and traceability evidence, validates data accuracy and transformations, and collaborates with engineers and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams within a regulated federal environment.
