The role influences internal and partner roadmaps without direct authority and represents ServiceNow in strategic customer and partner engagements.

Drive new-business sales for ServiceNow’s OT and cyber-physical systems portfolio across state and local government accounts in the US West. Develop territory and account strategies, build relationships with cybersecurity and operations leaders, coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, advise customers on OT security and risk, and deliver sales targets. The role requires government sales experience, cybersecurity or OT/ICS expertise, strong stakeholder relationships, commercial negotiation skills, and the ability to sell complex security solutions.

Lead the design, development, and operation of highly available, multi-tenant data platform services on Kubernetes, including Postgres, messaging, streaming, and key-value systems. Define distributed-systems architecture, failover, disaster recovery, scalability, observability, and SLOs.
