Lead inbound product strategy, priorities, requirements, and roadmaps for high-impact products. Partner across teams to guide development, incorporate usability research and market analysis, communicate complex problems clearly, and build consensus among stakeholders. The role requires customer-centric thinking, AI integration into workflows and decision-making, strong prioritization, and leadership in coaching less experienced employees.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for ServiceNow’s global cloud platform across commercial, sovereign, partner-hosted, and customer-operated environments. Partner with engineering, operations, security, compliance, legal, infrastructure, and go-to-market teams to drive strategic initiatives, resolve ambiguity, evaluate market and customer needs, support growth, and communicate recommendations to executive and technical stakeholders.

Design, build, and operate identity and access management solutions across cloud, Kubernetes, and SaaS. Implement role design, reduce privilege sprawl, automate access workflows and reviews, integrate logging/metrics into SIEM, detect high-risk permissions, and drive secure-by-default practices and operationalization.

Lead strategy and execution of an AI-native product-led growth motion for ITSM: own the AI customer journey, build telemetry and experimentation, design onboarding and PQL models, partner cross-functionally to drive activation, adoption, expansion, and measurable revenue and lifetime value growth.

Leads cross-portfolio AI product strategy by integrating customer insights, pricing and packaging decisions, roadmap direction, and adoption initiatives. Partners with product, engineering, customer success, pricing, and commercial teams to shape AI platform bundles, consumption-based models, and go-to-market positioning. Establishes customer feedback programs, identifies adoption barriers, translates research into product requirements, and measures the impact of product and pricing changes on usage, expansion, and revenue.

Manage day-to-day facilities and workplace operations on-site, ensuring building systems, safety, vendor performance, asset maintenance, and workplace experience. Coordinate events, stakeholder engagement, budgets, and use ServiceNow/EAM and CAFM/CMMS tools to track work orders and maintenance. Serve on emergency response teams and provide white-glove employee services.

Operate and automate enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems using Okta and SailPoint IIQ, build Python-based automation and API integrations, support ServiceNow ITSM workflows, ensure compliance (FedRAMP), and collaborate with security, GRC, legal, and engineering teams to troubleshoot provisioning, enforce governance, and deliver observability and DevOps-driven automation.

Lead technical strategy and hands-on delivery of an enterprise AI Security Governance program across visibility, prompt protection, agent control, shadow AI, and compliance. Architect and deploy controls (AI detection/response, DSPM/AISPM, data-path controls), automate security operations, close high-severity AI data and access gaps, and produce executive- and auditor-ready risk narratives while mentoring engineers and collaborating cross-functionally.
