Operate and automate enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems using Okta and SailPoint IIQ, build Python-based automation and API integrations, support ServiceNow ITSM workflows, ensure compliance (FedRAMP), and collaborate with security, GRC, legal, and engineering teams to troubleshoot provisioning, enforce governance, and deliver observability and DevOps-driven automation.

Lead and grow ServiceNows global AWS business by building a quota-carrying partner sales team, driving joint GTM and NNACV, aligning cross-functional teams, and managing strategic AWS and SI relationships. Own P&L targets, joint pursuit execution, regional enablement, and partner segmentation while engaging C-suite stakeholders to close prioritized opportunities and scale a profitable channel ecosystem.

Serve as a senior technical authority on PSIRT: lead deep-dive vulnerability investigations, coordinate fixes across engineering/product/release teams, manage CVE disclosure, author postmortems, improve SDLC and CI/CD practices, develop proof-of-concept exploits, and communicate risk during significant security incidents.
