Leads enterprise-scale cloud architecture across private, sovereign, and public cloud environments. Evaluates emerging cloud, hardware, and software technologies; drives hardware enhancements; benchmarks systems; resolves complex infrastructure issues; and coordinates root-cause analysis across databases, operating systems, networking, and hardware. Requires deep expertise in cloud platforms, Linux and database performance, datacenter technologies, Kubernetes, cost optimization, and cross-functional technical leadership.

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of large-scale cloud infrastructure automation software for ServiceNow’s global platform. Build reliable distributed systems, improve observability and resilience, develop automated testing and CI/CD practices, modernize platform capabilities, and mentor engineers. Collaborate with product managers, architects, stakeholders, and distributed engineering teams while applying AI-assisted development and reliability engineering techniques.

Own ServiceNow’s product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud partnerships. Develop partner-specific narratives, value propositions, customer stories, sales enablement assets, demos, and field marketing programs. Lead co-innovation GTM plays from concept through pipeline attribution, align product, sales, marketing, and partner teams, provide market intelligence to product planning, and support strategic customer engagements and deals.
