Operate and modernize ServiceTitan’s production VoIP and telephony infrastructure to ensure 99.99%+ availability. Own SBCs, SIP trunking, media gateways, capacity planning, observability, incident response, interoperability testing, carrier/vendor management, compliance (e911, fraud detection), and automation (Python/Bash/Go). Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with engineering and support teams to scale voice services and improve reliability.

Plan and execute multi-channel expansion campaigns to drive upsell, cross-sell, and product adoption across existing customers. Manage end-to-end campaign operations including audience segmentation, asset coordination, QA, deployment, performance tracking, and reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable revenue growth.

Manage long-term success for ServiceTitan's largest customers, focusing on product adoption, account management, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You'll coach users and develop strong partnerships with client management.
