Leads new product introduction from prototype through mass production at Asian contract manufacturers. Responsibilities include manufacturing readiness, automation and tooling development, technical transfers, capacity and efficiency optimization, SPC and CPK monitoring, DFM/DFA initiatives, tolerance analysis, GD&T implementation, manufacturing systems deployment, supplier coordination, and cross-functional design collaboration. The role owns manufacturing specifications, budgets, requirements, and tool delivery schedules while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets.

The Backend Infrastructure Engineer at Sesame will develop secure, scalable infrastructure, focusing on voice interface, automation, and systems design for efficient service delivery.
