Drive sales growth for cutting tools across Washington by developing customer and distributor relationships, planning territory strategy, updating CRM records, presenting products, identifying CNC tooling needs, recommending manufacturing improvements, and sharing test data and market insights with engineering and product development teams. The role requires CNC expertise, customer follow-up, strong communication, and some overnight travel.

Leads strategic customer relationships and global cross-functional programs for AI and data center infrastructure customers. Translates customer requirements into product specifications, business cases, supply chain plans, and product roadmaps. Oversees RFQ through NPI, qualification, certification, and mass production while managing commercial negotiations, capacity, risk, revenue, margin, and ROI. Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, supply chain, and finance teams across multiple countries without direct authority.

Owns the technical roadmap for hyperscale AI cluster solutions spanning CPO, silicon photonics, optical interconnect, networking, and compute architectures. Tracks GPU, switching, and photonics ecosystems; advises R&D and executives on technology strategy, partnerships, and competitive positioning; represents the company at conferences, standards bodies, and co-innovation forums; and delivers technical presentations and keynotes. The role requires deep systems expertise, ecosystem relationships, strategic leadership, and significant external engagement.
