Provide warm, efficient front desk service during overnight shifts: check guests in/out, handle reservations and inquiries, resolve guest issues, maintain records, and collaborate with team. Must have at least one year customer-service experience, be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work 24-hour operation schedules.

Lead and manage hotel engineering and facilities operations, overseeing maintenance of building, mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems, energy management, safety and code compliance, budgeting and capital planning, staff leadership, training, and emergency/fire safety readiness.

Support hotel engineering by maintaining facilities and equipment, collecting and surfacing operational data, and ensuring organized, detail-oriented execution across a 24-hour operation. Assist the engineering team with maintenance coordination and documentation while promoting sustainability and reliable service.
