Lead development and delivery of rock mechanics services including field data collection, rock mass characterization, rockfall and slope stability analysis, tunnel and rock reinforcement design, monitoring and instrumentation, produce technical reports/designs, mentor staff, expand client relationships, and support projects nationwide with occasional field travel.

Lead hydrogeological analyses, manage multiple client projects, prepare technical reports, mentor and supervise junior staff, review technical deliverables, support business development, and follow company QA and safety policies.

Manage and maintain a Microsoft-based data platform (Fabric/Synapse, Azure SQL, Power BI). Build and optimize ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines, design curated data models, implement monitoring, governance, security, and cost optimizations, and collaborate with stakeholders to support reporting and analytics.

Prepare and manage high-quality prime and subconsultant proposals and SF 330s; coordinate proposal elements and go/no-go decisions; maintain Cosential CRM and marketing materials; create graphics, ads, and content; research leads and produce reports; coordinate events, awards, press, and social media; review junior coordinators' work and support business development and client/vendor communications.
