Manage and maintain a Microsoft-based data platform (Fabric, Azure SQL, Synapse, Power BI). Build and optimize ingestion pipelines, curate data models, enforce governance and security, implement monitoring and cost controls, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytics, reporting, and continuous improvements.

Lead development and delivery of rock mechanics services including field data collection, rock mass characterization, rockfall and slope stability analysis, tunnel and rock reinforcement design, monitoring and instrumentation, produce technical reports/designs, mentor staff, expand client relationships, and support projects nationwide with occasional field travel.

Lead hydrogeological analyses, manage multiple client projects, prepare technical reports, mentor and supervise junior staff, review technical deliverables, support business development, and follow company QA and safety policies.
