Develops proposals, SF 330s, marketing collateral, client materials, awards submissions, press releases, and business development reports. Maintains CRM data, coordinates proposal and event activities, supports pursuit strategy and interviews, creates graphics and advertisements, and mentors junior marketing staff. Collaborates with technical teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders while managing deadlines and supporting corporate marketing initiatives.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across 14 offices, developing sourcing and hiring strategies, workforce plans, candidate pipelines, and stakeholder partnerships. Manage assessments, interviews, offers, recruiting metrics, ATS records, candidate relationships, and compliance. Improve recruiting processes and candidate experiences while supporting hiring managers with market insights and compensation recommendations. The role requires hybrid attendance at least three days weekly and some travel or evening events.

Performs field assessments, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, sediment transport and erosion studies, floodplain modeling, and design of habitat restoration and hydraulic structures. Prepares plans, specifications, estimates, reports, proposals, and project budgets. Provides construction observation, technical support, client development, and project management. The role requires fieldwork in varied weather and terrain, travel to project sites, strong communication skills, and proficiency with civil design, GIS, and hydraulic modeling software.
