Paid 10–12-week retail internship providing hands-on experience in sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory, store operations, product preparation, logistics, and management. Interns support customers, maintain displays, process transactions, organize stock, follow safety and loss-prevention policies, and collaborate on a team project addressing a business challenge. The program also includes exposure to outside sales and structured leadership learning.
