Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) sales and customer service at a Sherwin-Williams store: assist customers in person and by phone, process transactions, meet sales goals, tint and mix paint, maintain displays and inventory, load/unload deliveries, and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Accelerated 18–24 month entry-level program preparing candidates for store management. Trainees learn sales, customer service, operations, finance, merchandising, loss prevention, and leadership while growing market share with commercial and retail customers.
