Own university recruiting strategy and full-cycle hiring for interns, co-ops, and new graduates across engineering and select business functions. Build campus partnerships and employer brand, manage career events, lead technical candidate evaluation, close offers, support onboarding, and drive intern-to-full-time conversion. Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, track funnel and school ROI metrics, and optimize recruiting strategy. Travel is required during peak campus recruiting season.

Supports global mobility operations, including domestic and international relocations, expatriate assignments, immigration coordination, case tracking, employee communications, vendor management, documentation, reporting, audits, and process improvement. The role coordinates with HR, payroll, finance, legal, security, immigration counsel, relocation providers, and other stakeholders while maintaining accurate records, meeting deadlines, and escalating complex or sensitive matters.

Designs and releases propulsion components and assemblies for UAV internal combustion and jet systems. Leads Siemens NX CAD modeling, detailed drawings, GD&T, design standards, manufacturability, configuration control, BOM management, and work instructions. Collaborates with production, machinists, technicians, and responsible engineers to resolve hardware issues, support testing, investigate root causes, and implement design improvements. Applies engineering analysis and tools such as ANSYS, FEA, GFSSP, and REFPROP.
