Provides post-implementation functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management clients. Collaborates with clients, functional consultants, and technical teams using Lifecycle Services, Azure DevOps, and related delivery tools. The role requires client-facing application support experience and broad knowledge of finance and supply chain processes.

Collaborates with technical teams, implementation consultants, and client stakeholders while using Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps to track support work. Requires two to four years of Dynamics AX or D365 functional consulting experience and at least two years of client-facing application support.

Responsibilities include resolving escalated issues, diagnosing root causes, coordinating enhancements, gathering requirements, designing solutions, managing testing, supporting transitions, advising clients on continuous improvement, and mentoring consultants. The role uses Dynamics Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps to manage support work and requires strong client communication, documentation, and cross-functional ERP expertise.
