Leads multiple nonprofit assurance and audit engagements, overseeing strategy, planning, risk assessment, budgets, staff, quality review, and client delivery. Provides technical guidance on complex business processes, controls, US GAAP, and GAAS. Builds client relationships, develops new business, mentors and evaluates staff, supports recruiting and training, and identifies opportunities to expand services. The role is remote within the U.S. with onsite client support and travel as needed.

Leads client accounting services and portfolio management for outsourced finance clients. Responsibilities include designing financial and operational infrastructure, managing client relationships, mentoring teams, presenting operational health and solutions, improving processes, and preparing partnership reviews. The role requires accounting and finance knowledge, GAAP familiarity, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, consulting experience, strong communication, leadership, project management, and the ability to apply automation and AI to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
