Work includes CI/CD and IaC, prototyping AI-assisted content features (tagging, summarization, search, personalization), using LLM APIs and AI tooling, collaborating across teams, and following engineering best practices.

Provide advanced technical support for the CMS, lead complex troubleshooting, mentor junior support staff, maintain knowledge base, escalate and collaborate with engineering, test fixes, and cover rotational on-call night shifts.
