The Sr./Principal Software Engineer will design and implement core capabilities for SingleStore's cloud platform, focusing on scalability and reliability, while mentoring other engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Leads customer engagements to design, implement, and scale real-time data solutions using SingleStore. Translates business objectives into technical architectures, specifications, and execution plans; owns initiatives through production; provides troubleshooting and optimization; and collaborates with Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Engineering. Advises enterprise customers, balances innovation with pragmatic delivery, and feeds customer insights into product roadmaps.

Design and deliver real-time data solutions using SingleStore, partnering with enterprise customers from architecture through production. Lead technical discussions, whiteboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, optimization, and execution plans. Translate business goals and ambiguous requirements into scalable technical strategies while collaborating with Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Engineering. Provide pragmatic customer guidance and feed engagement insights into product and roadmap improvements.
