Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients to retain and expand net revenue through upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and global/product expansion. Build executive relationships, sell Skais AI-driven agentic products, partner with Client Success and Product, and maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
