Full-cycle, revenue-carrying sales role focused on sourcing, winning, and expanding enterprise and mid-market creative partnerships. Own pipeline from outbound prospecting to close, lead discovery and pitch conversations with marketing leaders, collaborate with Creative Directors to build proposals, scope/pricing SOWs, and grow accounts into integrated long-term relationships across agency brands.

Leads creative pitches, brand and design vision, strategic cross-channel projects, client presentations, creative reviews, and project staffing. Oversees account onboarding, brand strategy, new business proposals, and enterprise client relationships. Mentors designers and Brand Managers, supports recruiting, improves team processes, and drives design quality while partnering with Project Managers, Business Development, developers, and QA.

Leads brand strategy, positioning, messaging, campaign strategy, research, and creative direction for client accounts. Partners with designers, content strategists, project managers, and business development teams; presents recommendations to senior clients; supports pitches and new business; develops briefs and strategic materials; and contributes to team training and internal communications. Requires strong strategic thinking, writing, presentation, research, client management, and creative collaboration skills.
